About the RITE Train-the-Trainer Course:

The Train-the-Trainer Course is a complete 2-day training for department instructor’s (full time and part time).  This all-inclusive Racial Intelligence training, provides your instructors with all the tools they need to teach your department the Racial Intelligence Course.

We teach your trainers techniques that will help everyone in the department have a better handle on pressure situations. Learning how to control your own emotions, gives you the tools to help others. Using the RITE steps will engage awareness techniques, having better self-control, and de-escalate the situation where appropriate. Empower your trainers to educate your officers, as well as your sworn and non-sworn personnel, with the RITE model EI+SI=RI. 

What the RITE Train-the-Trainer Course Includes:

• RITE Academy Complete Racial Intelligence Instructor Manual
• 2-days (16 hours) of Racial Intelligence Training & Engagement
• Certifies trainers to give the RITE Law Enforcement Course their department personnel
• Trainers will be Certified to teach all RITE principles, helping de-escalate all situations
• Includes Instructor Manual, Materials, Instructor Power Point, Teaching aids, Certificate of Training
