Emotional Intelligence improves risk mitigation and starts with knowing Why you do What you do. This course can not only help you decrease issues around you\, it will increase your Leadership skills to a new level. \n  \nThis one-day training is for command staff\, Executive leaders\, as well as Officers moving up the ranks.
