DESCRIPTION:Registration is OPEN for LAW Enforcement\, Guardians\, SRO\, Fire Department and Corrections Trainers. Limited to the first 35 that register.\n  \nThis Trainer’s course goes beyond your average class\, as it is a game changer for the long-term retention and well-being of all sworn and non-sworn officers. Trainers will leave the course with specific RITE TOOLS and knowledge that will help your agency to develop strategies for improved officer retention. \n  \nTraining includes insight for:\n\nMethods to prevent burnout\nJumping departments\, or early retirement\nPreventable terminations\nReducing risk of tragic outcomes that includes suicide\n\n  \nMany times coworkers and zone partners escalate situations because they themselves are in a negative space. Having emotional self-control means you value yourself\, and are willing to work on yourself. But not all officers know how to ASK for help. De-escalation starts here. \n  \nRITE includes Emotional Response Training (ERT) to help officers learn to recognize signs and symptoms of stress\, PTSD\, and suicidal thoughts. ERT offers ways and means to build up positive mental health for every officer\, and a way to work on themselves in their own space and time. \n  \nRITE is nationally recognized in encouraging positive morale inside the agency.\nWe dig into mental health challenges and successes that affect all first responders. The training sheds light on the huge impact of PTSD\, for both active and retired officers.
