Space is limited to the first 35 that register. \n  \n\nHow we react to a volatile situation is key. This training dramatically improves our Emotional Response when engaging with others\, especially in pressure situations. \n\n  \nWe make 35\,000 decisions each day! \nDeciding what we eat\, what we wear\, what we say\, and how we’ll say it\, our brains are on the go from the moment we wake up. The fact is\, about 90% of the decisions Officer’s make\, are based on emotions. \n  \nOfficers and Emotional Intelligence\nThe benefit of emotional intelligence training\, is in learning how officers can utilize it in the community. When using tactics of influence\, emotional intelligence provides a groundwork for successful engagement.
